All-In-One plan - transaction fee
From $0.3/transaction/usage
Formula: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction under the All-In-One plan. amount_cents holds only the flat 30-cent component.
eCheck/ACH plan
Usage based
Formula: 0.75% of transaction value for eCheck/ACH payments (no disclosed flat fee), plus the same $25/month gateway fee (see separate row). Optional credit card add-on is $0.10 per transaction plus a $0.10 daily batch fee.
